Branding Iron by Justifiable Accelerant [June 22, 2008]
It’s not enough that we have given in to what could only be called "scared to vote for a republican" factor… but now we have vaulted the unproven junior Senator from Illinois to become a presidential nominee over a well-qualified, but equally scary white woman. Let’s not forget… in the past we have given such opportunities to proven war vets… JFK,

… we had some type of bench mark to hang the "untested… under real pressure" hat on. Every chance Obama
has had to defend or affirm his past he has thrown the person under the bus. This inspiring black man could be wetting his paints while huddled in a corner with his out of control no-class, fist-pumping, Betty Ford~esque
relapse hitting the crack pipe with his wife… when his first real crisis is presented to him. I find no backbone with this untested, well-spoken black man.

And now, the huddled masses want to let years of hard work, blood, sweat, and mothers’ tears ~misguided or not~ go to waste with this untested black presidential nominee. Let us not forget where we have come from and where we can really go.

Besides nobody can figure out what he stands for, nobody can figure out if he IS black or white, Christian or Muslim, etc. He doesn’t have “nigger lips”. In fact he doesn’t have any lips at all - “obama-lips”. He DOES have Dumbo ears, though. Maybe there’s an elephant in the woodpile somewhere.
I have bigger issues, though. Like, how can we take the vote away from women? Before they could vote, everything made sense. There was order in the world when it was a man’s world. For thousands of years. In less than 100 years, it’s all gone to hell in a handbasket. Prohibition would never have happened if women hadn’t been able to vote - and all that did was make all the gangsters REALLY rich. The whole “pro-choice” movement is just a product of women’s anger about all “their rights”, it’s “their body”, “nobody should be telling them what to do”. Nothing has made sense since women were given a voice, and all the “I am woman hear me roar” din has everything all fucked up.
The truth has been the truth, ever since the beginning: Eve was a trouble-maker.
